CHRISTAL KARGE, CSA
Christal Karge has been working in casting since 2001. She graduated with a major in Radio/Television/Film at Northwestern University and moved to Los Angeles. While there, she learned the art and love of casting from Cami Patton and Meg Liberman. Her select credits include JUSTIFIED, THE AMERICANS, and the Emmy award winning HBO miniseries THE PACIFIC, as well as ABOUT A BOY, AWAKE, LAS VEGAS, and THE KING OF QUEENS.
While finishing the final season of JUSTIFIED, she made the move back to her hometown of Chicago in 2013. Becoming an expert in the Chicago market, Christal has had the pleasure of working on the Showtime/Paramount+ hit series THE CHI for the past 7 seasons. She also collaborated with Marisa Ross as Karge + Ross Casting, working on other Chicago based projects including DELI BOYS, CHICAGO MED, NIGHT SKY, PAPER GIRLS, 4400, JUSTIFIED CITY PRIMEVAL, POWER BOOK IV: FORCE, and feature films like CAPTIVE STATE and HALA. She has also done extensive searches covering the entire Midwest for pilots, series, feature films, and multiple commercial projects.
Most recently, Christal finished work on the RJ DECKER PILOT for ABC.
JENN NOYES, CSA Associate Casting Director
Jenn Noyes has been working in casting since 2014. After receiving her BA from the University of Virginia, she relocated to Chicago to complete a Masters of Arts and Entertainment Management at Columbia College Chicago and immerse herself in the city's vibrant comedy scene.
Transitioning to behind the camera, she began casting as a part of the in-house team for The Onion, Clickhole, and Onion Labs. Throughout her career, Jenn has had the pleasure of working on television projects including The Chi (Showtime/Paramount+), Deli Boys (Hulu), Justified: City Primeval (FX), Chicago Med (NBC), 4400 (The CW), Night Sky (Amazon), and Paper Girls (Amazon) as well as large scale searches for pilots and feature films. She's received Artios nominations for Outstanding Achievement in Casting for both The Chi and Deli Boys and in 2023, received the Casting Society of America's Associate Casting Director Spotlight Award.
Working alongside Christal Karge for over 10 years, Jenn prides herself on discovering and uplifting all the incredible talent Chicago has to offer.
ALYSSA SOTO Casting Assistant
Alyssa began her career in casting as a Casting Assistant in July 2021. Since joining the team, she has contributed to a variety of projects including The Chi (Showtime), Deli Boys (Hulu), Justified: City Primeval (FX), Power Book IV: Force (Starz), The Big Leap (Fox), and 4400 (The CW).
Before transitioning into casting, Alyssa spent two years at Gray Talent Group, serving as an Agent Assistant to the LA/NY Film and TV Agent in Chicago. She also gained valuable experience through internships at O’Connor Casting Company and Chicago Shakespeare Theater, where she worked on productions such as the North American premiere of SIX—now a Tony Award–winning Broadway musical—and The King’s Speech, starring Harry Hadden-Paton and James Frain.
A proud graduate of Millikin University, Alyssa is originally from West Des Moines, Iowa.
